I started my physical training journey with Max Long in 2019 at Gold's Gym and then COVID-19 took toll on all of us. I did not train or do much physical exercise for two years.

When I first came to Max with big dreams of competing as a Figure athlete, he helped break down this lifetime dream into several smaller, more achievable goals. We slowly began to check boxes— I learned what a macro was and how to track them. I also learned how to split workouts to provide my body the adequate rest/recovery times it needed to perform at its best. This may not sound super exciting or glamorous—but these little things were the steps I needed to help me be successful in making lifelong healthy choices for myself, and then eventually go on to compete in bodybuilding and win shows as a natural athlete.
Max has always been there for me from Day 1.
