Ingredients
2 - 3 cups (375g) frozen strawberries
1 1/4 cups (300mL) unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1 scoop (25-34g) whey protein of choice
pinch salt (optional)
Other optional mix-ins…
Cocoa powder
Peanut flour (or peanut butter)
Other fruits
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until a thick, creamy, ice cream consistency. Use the plunger with the blender to press the ingredients down as it will be quite thick and need help to completely blend.
Step 2
Top with any desired toppings, mix-ins, and sauces. THERE ARE NO RULES!
