Winter is here and I can already tell a lot of clients are starting to become depressed, less motivated, and stressed. Seasonal depression is very common especially this time of the year!
I want everyone to: STICK TO YOUR ROUTINE, PRIORITIZE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, PRIORITIZE YOUR DIET/WATER INTAKE, AVOID DEPRESSANTS LIKE ALCOHOL, PRIORITIZE YOUR WORKOUTS!
You can easily lose months of hard work with getting off track because the “its winter” excuse & then have to start all over again come April/May.
No excuse not to exercise for at least 30 minutes EACH DAY!
